Terms and Conditions
- Minimum charge for any job is $60.00.
- Monthly special applies. $20.00 per room or seat.
Additional charge for cleaning of stairs.
- Combined lounge/dining are considered two rooms.
- A room size is considered 4metres x 3metres.
- Carpet cleaning includes spot and stain treatment,
deodorising, no hidden charges. The only exception to
this would be when the carpets are extremely heavy
soiled. The scenario is rare and would be discussed with
you before cleaning commences.
- If carpet requires vacuuming prior to cleaning
commencing this is charged at $6.00 per room. Please
vacuum carpet prior to our arrival to avoid charge.
- An additional $20 cartage fee will be charged for all
apartment cleaning.

Australian Standards AS 37751995.
- Budget Total Cleaning & Restoration uses carpet
steam cleaning and carpet dry cleaning as our two
types of cleaning methods.

Step 1 - Vacuuming
We vacuum the carpets thoroughly, including edges.
Step 2 - Spot Removing
Special spot agents are used in attempting to remove
persistent spots. Please note some spillages when
allowed to age on carpet become fixed. The resulting
stains cannot always be removed.
Step 3 - Preconditioning
Hot detergents are applied to provide effective emulsion
of soils for easier removal. The type of detergent
depends on the type of carpet.
Step 4 - Rotary Massaging - For Heavy Soiling Carpet
If job is considered heavy soiling and requires rotary
massage this will be agreed on before job is commenced
and will incur an additional cost. For maximum deep pole
separation of soil and oils that cause resoiling, also
to increase the efficiency of the process. Just like
rubbing your hands together when washing them.
Step 5 - Heavy Duty Jet Extraction
Our cleaning techniques are unsurpassed and exceed the
Australian Standard AS/NZS 3733 and Australian Carpet
Cleaning Institute procedures. The result for you is
thorough soil removal, extended carpet life, and a
healthier environment for you and your family.
Step 6 - Conditioning Rinse and Deodorising
Rinsing agents are applied through our equipment to
neutralise annoying detergent residues that can cause
resoiling, leaving a softer, brighter carpet that will
stay clean longer!
